This is a position with grade 13.
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop course materials and handle content delivery for technical training for customers, either in classroom or on-site.
Each day, you will be responsible for post-training activities such as course feedback collection, possible corrective actions on course materials and equipment, etc.
You will also showcase your expertise by guaranteeing excellent customer service and securing a high level of customer satisfaction through trainings.
You will be mainly accountable for: Helping to create technical training courses (with strong support from Subject Matter Experts and existing documentation), as well as deliver hands-on and online trainings regarding AMRs and the associated new software suite.
Ensuring that the training delivery is properly organized, resourced, and safely implemented.
Keeping close contact with technical Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholder groups that support implementation of training course development and delivery.
Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback from trainees and implementing corrective action when needed.
Exceeding customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs.
Ensuring excellent customer service and securing a high level of customer satisfaction in the trainings.
Qualifications for the role 3 years of experience in industry in programming and commissioning tasks providing formal or informal training.
Strong pedagogical abilities and proven experience in managing diverse student groups to effectively and simply convey technical knowledge.
Fluency in Spanish and English a must.
Other European languages highly valued.
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Experience in industrial project implementation, ideally in automation technology, robotics, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
Software background is required and basic programming skills.
Good understanding of software engineering together with technical concepts with a proven ability to translate this into concise, easy to follow documentation.
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
You will be confident in presenting in front of a group of people and online.
Having a previous knowledge of AMRs/AGVs will be well appreciated.
