There may also be occasions during this time where you have the opportunity to work some days from home.International Operational Excellence is a newly expanded organization, responsible for supporting our international Issuing and our international Acquiring businesses across 27+ markets in ensuring a robust first line of defense, and in playing an active role in supporting the Business meet its growth objectives whilst demonstrating an effective control framework.
Our organization helps our international businesses manage risk, respond to new regulation, and develop new products whilst creating and nurturing effective partnerships across multiple key stakeholders across the organisation.The regulatory exam support team acts as a first point of coordination for the Acquiring side of the business for external regulator information requests and reports, working in close collaboration with broader IOE, Business, Product, Tech, Legal and Compliance teams, in ensuring accurate and timely responses are provided.Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Exam support, your role would have as primary focus, to support the Regulatory exam response team with reporting, analytics, data and document creation, maintenance and archiving, supporting the Regulatory response team in ad-hoc reporting and activities.Key Responsibilities:Comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and high degrees of ambiguity.
Work well under pressure.Strong analytical skills with experience of supporting complex and challenging data analysis in Excel.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
