In a typical day as a AMD Business Development Manager, you would:Collaborate & work with HPE-internal audiences, including Geo leadership, Category Management, Sales, Presales, Channel, Marketing & other teams, as well as external audiences, including end customers, channel & alliance partners.Manage engagements & influence Geo leadership teams with the objective of driving joint business growth between HPE & AMD as alliance partner.Act as an ambassador, continually build and reinforce internally & externally perception of HPE & AMD as credible partners with an objective of maintaining and building the new business.Manage allocation & usage of 3rd party Marketing Development Funds.Create & execute business plans aligned with Alliance & Geo's broader business objectives.Track & report out business results & progression aligned with key performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.Represent the interests of your geo in the broader EMEA & Worldwide HPE-AMD communities, including business, product & other areas.Facilitate joint engagements between HPE & AMD teams.Participate & organize enablement sessions of the Geo Sales & Inside Sales communities.If you are:Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen.Holding an advanced university degree.Fluent English is a must, as well as at least one of the geo languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Hebrew), other languages are a plus.Comfortable with leading & navigating the business across various functions and countries.Able to develop short-term as well long-term strategies and partnerships by using market research and analysis.Experienced in selling, negotiation, proposal development and account planning.An excellent presenter & communicator.An exceptional influencer with understanding & experience in cross-cultural communications.Thriving in complex environments with multiple stakeholder groups.Passionate about IT and relentlessly curious about new technologies & innovation.Join us and make your mark!
