The RoleWe are looking for an ambitious Amazon advertising professional to support our increasing portfolio of high-profile clients.
Reporting to the Senior Advertising Manager, you will lead the day-to-day strategy & optimization of your clients' advertising activity. You will collaborate with the Senior Marketplace Manager, Client lead & Advertising lead to define the strategy and be responsible for the running of paid advertising campaigns, as well as for reporting and client communication.
You will play a pivotal role in the full account lifecycle, including project scope, client requirements, strategy, implementation, testing, and ongoing account management. An understanding of Amazon advertising trends is vital.
You will be an integral part of our advertising team, bringing new ideas and expertise that helps build our capability as we continue to grow. You will work closely with our advertising, managed services, content & analytics teams in the UK, sharing ideas & collaborating to drive the best results. This role offers the opportunity to develop highly valuable skills while providing huge potential for broader personal progression into the management of more junior team members at the executive and assistant level.

Client communication and optimization management for a key Tier 1 client based in Germany.Formation of strategy and setting KPIs.Creation and optimization of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.Creation and optimization of Amazon DSP activity (programmatic).Creation and delivery of performance reports to clients on a fortnightly basis, using our proprietary technology suite, Tambo Compass.Handle ad hoc communication with clients related to their advertising activity.Analyzing account performance and market behaviors to identify opportunities to grow your accounts.Use proprietary and 3rd party tools for research and analysis.Supporting other team members.Conducting training and developing appropriate documentation for clients and colleagues.Supporting wider business initiatives such as new business proposals and consultancy projects as required.Skills & Experience requiredWe are looking for dedicated and driven candidates with a passion for e-commerce and advertising, with proven results in driving growth through Amazon advertising. You should have an appetite to represent and grow the world's leading brands, directly contributing to their success within the most competitive marketplaces, most notably on Amazon.
