Senior Manager, CPG, Amazon Ads Spain Amazon Ads is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our CPG Brand Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our rapidly growing advertising organization, you will drive measurable outcomes for CPG brand advertisers and agencies, leveraging Amazon's innovative ad solutions across sponsored, display, video, and audio formats.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of customer obsession and innovation within the CPG vertical.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and product adoption goals for Amazon's advertising solutions within the Spanish CPG market.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key CPG brands and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor on their marketing strategies.Drive the adoption of Amazon's CTV and Audio ad solutions among CPG clients, with a focus on upper-funnel marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and create scalable advertising solutions tailored to the unique needs of CPG brands in Spain.Oversee the development and presentation of tailored advertising programs and pitches that highlight Amazon's value proposition to CPG clients.Lead negotiations for significant advertising deals, including upfront agreements with major CPG brands.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development.Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall growth strategy of Amazon Ads in Spain and the broader European market.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will come with a deep knowledge of and relationships within the digital advertising industry and have a track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross-functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization.Exceptionally strong analytical thinker who likely hails from a leading publisher/broadcaster, marketing organisation or sophisticated interactive advertising agency.Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs.Experience selling digital video, TV, audio, and/or online media.Excellent organization, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.Ability to communicate a large offering of solutions with a focus on OTT, video, audio and third party measurement solutions.Can thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree.Advanced level of English and Spanish.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExtensive experience selling advertising or advertising-like services.Historical deep relationships with agencies and clients.Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.Able to utilize sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or like programs.Digital media sales, consulting, or brand management experience.Digital sales experience specific to Video and Audio solutions a plus.Bachelor's degree.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
