Your Challenge: We are looking for a Senior Account Manager/ e-tailer to continue to drive 3ina's growth and manage key accounts such as Amazon.
You will collaborate with global teams, launch innovative strategies and drive measurable results.

Your Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and Pure Players Key Decision Makers.
Competence with Vendor Central Portal, Amazon Marketing Services, and other client systems essential to the role.
Develop and implement the growth strategy in each client based on the assigned yearly budget.
Develop and execute Advertising Campaigns on all countries of Amazon Europe.
Exhibit a thorough knowledge of all sales driving mediums to ensure the maximum return.
Work directly with 3INA Global and Local Marketing teams to brainstorm strategy and execute new product launches, promotions, merchandising, etc.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Creative, and Finance) to provide continued business solutions for customer needs.
Coordinate strategic planning and execution meetings with Amazon and Pure Players Leadership to inform on strategic business development plans, and secure support on all existing and new product promotions.
P&L construction, analysis and optimization per client, achieving clients assigned revenue and margin plans.
Report to Management on weekly meetings the performance of each client vs Business Plan.
Communicate internally and externally all sales plans, business opportunities, trends and post mortem results Responsible for adhering to budgets associated with T&E, Amazon Media Group, and Amazon Marketing Services spend.
Support our USA distributor (Amazon.com + Macys) by offering NPDs, marketing insights, and assets to continue growing in the region.
What we expect from you: Minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience with Amazon (working in Amazon today, or working in a brand managing Amazon account) Minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience with Pure Players (Zalando, Notino, Douglas Online, Lyko, Flaconi,..).
Previous experience managing a team is a plus.
