We're Hiring: Operations Specialist - Account Health Specialist Are you detail-oriented, organized, and love tackling challenges head-on? We're looking for an Account Health Specialist to join our team and ensure our e-commerce platforms stay in top shape!
What You'll Do: Daily Monitoring: Keep a close eye on key account health indicators.
Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve account health issues like customer complaints, product suspensions, and warnings.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Spot potential issues before they escalate and take corrective actions.
Compliance Guru: Ensure our seller accounts comply with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms' policies.
Policy Updates: Stay ahead of policy changes from Amazon, FDA, and other regulatory bodies, and implement necessary adjustments.
Communication Lead: Be the main point of contact between our company and e-commerce platforms, as well as external specialists on account health matters.
Performance Analysis: Dive deep into account performance metrics, updating reports and dashboards to track health over time.
Listing Audits: Regularly audit listings to ensure compliance with marketplace standards.
Documentation: Maintain thorough records of all account health issues and resolutions.
Team Player: Contribute to growth and expansion projects, and work on your own quarterly projects related to your role.
Requirements What We're Looking For: Language Skills: English B2-C1 level is a must; Spanish B1-C1 is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Intermediate Excel skills (Google Sheets experience is even better).
Experience: Previous experience in Compliance or Quality Assurance, especially in a fast-paced supply chain.
E-Commerce Expertise: Experience managing seller accounts on e-commerce platforms with a focus on performance optimization and risk mitigation.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Motivated: Results-driven and motivated by seeing tangible results.
Adaptability: Ready to handle routine work with efficiency and a positive attitude.
