Chapter Leads support and mentor Team members.

They will directly oversee members of a Chapter as their Line Manager.
They help the members of the Chapter to grow and develop in their area of expertise and ensure alignment on the "how" of the work they perform in their Teams.
They are committed to maintaining and developing the expertise and knowledge of members of their Chapter.
Chapter Leads ensure the latest thinking is brought to their Chapters, and they help to empower others with that knowledge to spread it throughout the organization.
They support Division Heads and other stakeholders standardizing best practices across their Chapters and Division in alignment with Agile values.
