JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're looking for a Senior Consultant who loves dealing with Data to join our Data Analytics team, with a strong experience with Mosaic Solution: IBM Planning Analytics Cloud / Alteryx / Data Lake. RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges around data analytics. Handle Incidents for Mosaic solution and strive for resolution of incidents within SLA. Acting as a resolver and communicate with the customer as required. Being member of a technical, operations, or application management team or supplier. Monitoring the team's tickets queue for his service, self-assign tickets to him or directly work on tickets assigned by the Service Controller. Handle tickets escalations to the Service Controller. REQUIREMENTSFluent in English (B2+). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team & Stakeholder Management abilities. Alteryx Designer, SQL, Python, & Tableau deep knowledge.
