PURPOSE OF:The purpose is to manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) in the Line/Workshop, including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager of all the employees of the manufacturing organization who belong to this Manufacturing Line/Workshop.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:The main responsibilities during the phases of the project execution for the manufacturing activities belonging to the Line/Workshop are:
From TTM up to CGR, responsible for:Manufacturing contribution to Industrial QCD ManagementSupply chain process definition & validationQuality plan validationIndustrializationManufacturing contribution of EHS risks & Ergonomics analysisManufacturing preparation of the line/workshopManufacturing planning preparation (workload, Manufacturing resources & skills management, trainings, qualification)Industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturingAPSYS deployment (shop floor tools) preparationAs of CGR up to FQA, responsible for:EDUCATIONAL:Minimum Higher Technical/General degree
EXPERIENCE:Previous position in an industrial painting environment. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
