The Alliances Manager is responsible for creating, fostering, and maintaining relationships with partners to achieve shared business objectives and enhance the overall ecosystem.In this role, you will:Develop and execute a comprehensive alliances strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners.Drive the development and execution of joint business plans with selected partners to achieve mutual growth objectives.Collaborate with partners to identify market opportunities, co-create solutions, and drive joint go-to-market strategies.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with SER's vision and goals.Act as a liaison between SER and partners, facilitating communication and ensuring successful collaboration.Consult with partners to understand their business goals and challenges, providing guidance on leveraging SER's solutions.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Presales, Product, Marketing, and Channel Management, to support alliance initiatives.Lead solution development efforts that align with partners' and end-users' needs.Drive the execution of joint marketing activities, including events, collateral creation, and content development.Ensure partners are well-informed and trained on SER's products and services.Manage and deliver applicable agreed-upon partner incentive and rebate programs.Regularly evaluate and report on alliance performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Travel as needed to nurture relationships and represent SER at partner events.The knowledge you offerYou have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Management or a comparable educationExperience in managing strategic alliances and partnerships.Experience in developing and executing alliance strategies that drive mutual business objectives.Strong understanding of the B2B buying process, main competitors, and industry trends.Experience in ECM solutions and consulting with C-level customers is highly desirable
