Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Paralegal for Legal Entities Governance (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:Supporting Solventum subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process and other corporate legal resolutions, including Directors & Officers and other event-driven changes.Supervising and directing the work of 3rd-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance.Maintaining Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Partnering with Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams on governance aspects of corporate reorganizations/restructurings and serving as a resource on corporate and subsidiary governance matters.Helping streamline and manage corporate governance processes and compliance risks.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.Experience in corporate registration procedures in Spain (additional experience in France, Belgium, and Portugal is a plus) and coordinating with internal and external legal counsel on maintenance of governance tasks in support of legal entities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
