Job Description

Develop and execute local co-branding & affiliate marketing strategies to drive user and GMV growth in the Germany markets.

Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with local partners, including contract negotiation and affiliate project management.

Product/Category insight and analysis; work closely with the assortments team to gain insights into category/product trends and work with publishers on campaign execution according to goals and campaign stages.

Optimize the growth path through data analysis to improve ROI performance.

Market feedback and business plan; collect local market feedback and provide channels with personalized and professional business cooperation plans.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

International education background or working and living experience, familiarity with intercultural environments preferred.

Excellent communication and execution skills, positive attitude, honesty, and a results-oriented mindset.

Focus on achieving key performance metrics.
