Alibaba Group Operations Program Manager Seller - (M957)

Lead program planning, its KPIs and best practices to improve productivity, closely working with sales and seller operation teams. Foster internal program collaboration.
- Monitor program operations, identify risks and critical gaps to activate remediation plans for operational improvement and program efficiency. Ensure results and success.
- Develop reporting to monitor onboarding trends and share insights with leadership and stakeholders. Lead presentations during internal meetings.
- Build standard operating procedure documents to improve external and internal processes. Coach and influence stakeholders.
- Manage the relationship with external partners that support Seller Onboardings.

Drive alignment between all stakeholders regarding program execution and act as the main point of contact.
Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years working experience in program/project management roles in Ecommerce/Marketplaces/Internet companies within Seller Ops.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Skilled in MS Excel.Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights/risks to transform them into action plans and measuring success.Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as the main driver. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Problem-solving mindset. Energetic and adaptive to change.Native Spanish and proficient English are a must for this position.Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical discipline.Preferred Qualifications:French, Italian, or Chinese are a plus.Master in Business Administration or Technical.Experience working with Product & Tech teams.
