Responsibilities: Design the search roadmap in both customer mindset and commercial strategy.Leverage AI and real-time engineering ability to grow buyers in the main search page customer engagement innovations.Define search customer growth strategy and improve relevance and customer understanding.Define exploration and customer penetration strategy in recommendation scenarios.Build seller quality measurement, incubating segments and seller traffic mechanism with the commercial team to achieve platform targets.Build Lazada traffic operation frameworks and efficiency and integrate local business strategies.Minimum Requirements: Ideally 5+ years of product management experience in the search area.Strong educational background in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Mining.Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographic locations.Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets.Data-driven, self-motivated leader with a can-do attitude and open, supportive mindset.Strong communication and influencing skills.Possess owner mentality, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessary to complete projects and achieve desired results.South East Asia background preferred.
