Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager for our upcoming high season, starting in November 2024. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a hands-on operational role within a small yet thriving resort environment. The primary focus of this position is to oversee daily F&B operations, manage a dedicated team of 15 staff members, and train the incoming Assistant F&B Manager to take on the role of F&B Manager post-season.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all F&B operations for three dining outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.Conduct training and mentorship for the local Assistant F&B Manager and other staff, fostering a strong, cohesive team.Develop and implement engaging training programs to enhance service quality and team performance.Collaborate closely with the General Manager to execute seasonal menu planning and special events.Maintain operational budgets, implement cost-control measures, and optimize resource utilization.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Bring creativity and innovation to the dining experience, regularly updating menus and offerings based on seasonality.Qualifications:Proven track record in training and developing F&B teams; experience in a hands-on management role is essential.Previous experience in a fine-dining environment or boutique resort preferred but not mandatory.Strong leadership qualities with a knack for building relationships and creating a positive, fun atmosphere.Ability to thrive in a small resort setting, working closely with all levels of staff.Excellent communication skills, with a good sense of humor to enhance team morale.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary of $3,000 USD net monthly, with average tips of $300-400 monthly.Accommodation provided near the property.Flight expenses covered.An opportunity to work at one of the best boutique resorts and help develop a talented team for future success.How to Apply:
