From Winning Selection, we are looking for a Project Manager profile to join an important Financial Entity in Madrid.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:This role will be responsible for mapping, optimization, and creation of new processes in accordance with current business needs and requirements.Preparation and implementation of internal regulations, procedures, and instructions regarding business processes.Identifying needs related to internal regulations and business processes.Coordinating the process of creating, verifying, and approving internal regulations, in accordance with the standards adopted.To succeed in this role, the resource needs the ability to develop consensus and define positions on critical policies and banking/financial related issues.
Knowledge and Requirements:Degree in a related field.Excellent and advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Broad knowledge and experience within the financial service industry and global/multinational marketplace.Excellent strategic planning, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills.Strong presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.Solid emotional intelligence to interact with decision-makers.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.Additional Skills:Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent command of English, C1 level, oral and written.Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.Place of Work:Madrid.
