Responsibilities: Responsible for People management activities of Chapter staff.Inspire and grow a team of high-performing employees through peer coaching and mentoring.Participate in solving complex problems.Hands-on contributor in his/her squad to all aspects of the product delivery cycle.Advocate and advance chapter standards and best practices in collaboration with other chapter leads and chapters.Responsible for the functional coherence within the chapter.Constantly looks for new knowledge and practices to boost chapter performance.Coordinates trainings for Chapter members to help them grow.Contract Type: Permanent Contract
