We are a small team and require a hands-on and hungry approach.The role: We are seeking an experienced Ticket Management Product Owner to help roll out our ticket management product.
This role involves working with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth product roll-out.
The Ticket Management Product Owner will be comfortable working in tech and have a keen eye for detail.
The job is technical and involves understanding the software development lifecycle, as well as creating a go-to-market plan for the new product with the sales and customer success teams.
The success of the Ticket Management product will depend on the success and oversight coming out of this role.Responsibilities:Master the product through a formal onboarding program and continued learning.Work with the product team to design and build an integration with a 3rd party ticket management platform.Create comprehensive documentation and sets of instructions for the Ticket Management program for internal adoption.Become the go-to person for all ticket management inquiries.Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client's success.Develop and attain an in-depth knowledge of the Ticket Management product and associated processes.Communicate and escalate appropriately across teams to ensure project success.Provide valuable user stories to the software development team for product improvement.Initially manage the onboarding of new accounts onto our ticket management product, then transition the responsibility to the onboarding team or hire for this role.Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to ensure project deadlines are met.Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive service in all interactions.Establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.Partner with Sales and Services teams to define ongoing best practices for Ticket Management.Requirements:Fully fluent in English languageAt least 3 years of experience in a similar roleExperience with SaaS (ticket management software and/or the travel industry could be a plus)Experience working directly with a sales, marketing and CS teamExperience with high volume and lower value salesStrong analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience with HubspotPersonal interest in the camping industry, RV travel, and the outdoors will be a plusWhat do we offer?Flexible Working Hours100% remote workCompetitive USD salaryPaid Time Off / vacationsLocal HolidaysPaid Maternity/Paternity Leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
