ROLE Associate Consultants will work on client projects as part of a team.
Key activities performed by Associate Consultants involve gathering and analyzing data, transforming data into relevant insights, being responsible for quality control, supporting stakeholders' interviews, and contributing to the team's recommendations.
QUALIFICATION 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, life sciences/healthcare industry, or private equity.
Graduate with an excellent academic record in Business (e.G., Management, Economics, Finance).
Life Sciences (e.G., Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering) with business experience could be considered as well.
Completed a specialized Master in Business or Life Sciences.
Excellent business English, both written and verbal.
Additional language is considered a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in the Health Care industry, Finance, or Consulting.
Availability for occasional international travel (EU).
JOB REQUIREMENTS Excellent interpersonal, written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with teams based in different countries.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve challenges.
High attention to detail.
Preliminary understanding of healthcare industry concepts and challenges, such as trends, regulatory, clinical, and general market access, are considered a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support primary and secondary research, slides/deliverables development, and simple data analysis on Excel.
Develop knowledge about the environment and stakeholders involved in the overall framework of global health systems.
Take an active part in internal projects and external client meetings.
Support the development of project proposals for clients upon needs.
