.We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our GM Project Tooling team and lead the initiative to connect our flagship product, GM, to the web-based PVcase Hub. This role is vital in our effort to enable crucial design phase tasks outside of CAD, supporting new user jobs, and fostering collaboration within an integrated solar platform. The SPM will drive the expansion of our product capabilities, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that reduces reliance on fragmented software, enhances customer retention, and accelerates revenue growth.Responsibilities:Collaborate cross-functionally to define and then execute the product strategy for the Ground Mount Project Tooling product.Own and drive business and product metrics.Proactively set measurable product outcomes connected to the business strategy.Validate customer problems through qualitative & quantitative analysis methods.Continuously engage with users to learn and validate new opportunities that align with product goals.Manage and over-communicate the roadmap to internal stakeholders.Create and drive execution of the go-to-market strategy to grow adoption of the product.Work closely with the product team on the delivery and execution.Minimum Requirements:4+ years working as a Product Manager.Proven track record of managing and delivering successful web-based SaaS products, including familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data integration.Experience in bringing new products from concept to market.Prior experience with the solar industry is a big plus.Strong track record of building high-quality products that effectively service the needs of both customers and the business.Comfortable engaging in detailed conversations about strategy and product design with both non-technical and technical audiences.Can prioritize competing user and business needs, and articulate a clear rationale for this prioritization back to stakeholders.Enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams across the organization.Highly proficient in spoken and written English C2.Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).Eagerness and persistence to onboard to a technical domain expertise.About Us:PVcase focuses on building advanced solar design and site selection solutions while fighting climate change through software.
