What you will do: Leading and assisting in negotiation with airports, tourism boards, institutions, etc, in close collaboration with country managers.Control, follow-up, overview, and plan to continue improve all cost related to airports. Working close with Strategy, Network planning, Country managers, financial, operations and procurement teams, etc.Assist, when need it, in the coordination for different types of tenders across all markets.Coordinating the contract process together with line managers to the coordinate and evaluate signature and follow of contracts and incentives follow up, Monthly and yearly.To assists in co-marketing agreements negotiations of the network as well as help to promote our network and get a better notoriety across markets.Work in close collaboration with the legal, finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure full alignment and consistency in the implementation of the different initiatives.Assist the coordination together with country managers, with communications in the launch of new routes.Prospection for new airports to find new business opportunities together with Network and Strategy team.Support all other daily tasks when needed.What you will need: Degree or master's in management and/or Business Development.More than 3 years' experience in Business/Airline/Airport development Roles or procurement.Experience in airlines &/or in Network/Strategy will be highly valued.Spanish, French and or Italian fluency is a plusAdvanced skills in Office package.Very organized.Excellent negotiations skills.Excellent communications skills.Ability to work within tight deadlines.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.What do we offer: Flexibility to work from home up to two days per week and subject to manager's approval.Access to year-round free flights (exc. airports tax) for you, your partner, and your children, with over 100 airlines worldwide.Gym pass discounts and more.Continuous training to continue your development.Learn more about working at Volotea HQ.
