This position involves overseeing airline initiatives and strategic projects that establish Trip.Com as a premier OTA partner in the area.The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams in France and Italy as well as across the European region, hence we seek someone who is flexible, innovative, and a collaborative team player!In this Role, you'll: Manage the relationships between Trip.Com and its Airline partners in the Spanish Market. Build new partnerships by contracting local, regional and global airline partners. Alongside our local product marketing team, you will be responsible for growing the local Spanish market sales through the Trip.Com direct channel both through our website as well as our mobile app. Build trust and grow the Trip.Com footprint in Spain through active account management and will organize local market webinars, events etc. Participate in national and international tradeshows where relevant. Work together with multiple internal teams to create long term growth in the local market. Be responsible for designing and executing on the short, mid and long term market strategy. Work with our partners daily to ensure we have the most competitive content available in the local market and work with them on special promotions and creative sales initiatives. As a market leader, you will report to the regional director providing market insight and offer recommendations on how to improve the business and achieve the Trip.Com long-term goals and objectives. What you'll Need to Succeed:Role will be home-based in Madrid. Language ability: Proficient in Spanish and English. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
