In this position, you will develop strong experience in: LoS Datalinks WB & NB Satcom LTE/4G/5G technologies Antennas RF/Link Budget Rugged mission computers based on RTOS and IP Based Security Some of the following knowledge will be utilized: Radio Frequency Systems, Link Budget Data Links, Satcom, LTE/4G/5G Communications Systems based on SDR prototyping and development Systems and solutions modeling (e.g., Matlab) Embedded systems, HW design applied to FPGA-based System On chip (SoC) devices and SDRs Knowledge of digital communication systems, spread spectrum, and modulation types and waveforms LAN/WAN based technologies and protocols, including Software Defined Networks MANET, FANET, network topologies Ethernet Standards including network security technologies (Firewall, VPN, IPSEC/GRE, AES) Routers, Switches, management and monitoring systems, CISCO, QoS, VoIP Cloud Technologies as a plus Knowledge of Systems Design Engineering Process This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
