Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Shipment management from origin to destination.
Incoterms knowledge.
Adherence to internal procedures.
Data entry into our proprietary operating system.
Interact with our customers to assure optimal service.
Prepare the required documentation for international transportation.
Receive and update shipment status in a timely manner; issue shipment arrival notices.
Trace and track all inbound shipments.
Global logistics industry knowledge.
Pharma/Healthcare shipment coordination experience (2 years).
Experienced in handling documents and operations (2 years).
DG certificate for Air (recommended).
IATA´s Healthcare/Temperature Control courses (recommended).
High school education (Economics or Logistics recommended).
Fluent English – daily use (it will be tested).
Communicative skills, flexibility, teamwork.
Technical background is an advantage.
Pleasant appearance, reliable and accurate person.
Able to work independently.
Teamwork and active attitude.
