Reconcile credit card charges and guest accounts.Guest Service: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.Security and Safety: Conduct regular security checks. Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during the night.Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and update the reservation system.
