Role Overview: We are looking for an AI Expert & AI Trainer who thrives on sharing knowledge and inspiring others.
This individual will play a crucial role in educating diverse audiences, from marketing, sales and HR professionals to entrepreneurial teams, on how to practically apply AI in sales, marketing, HR, and related domains.
You will develop and deliver in-person sessions, live online courses, webinars, and pre-recorded classes.
Beyond training, you'll create engaging content and support the growth of our community by answering user questions, exploring new AI use cases, and igniting meaningful conversations around emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Course Development & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging in-person workshops, live webinars, and online training sessions focused on AI applications in marketing, sales, and related areas.
Create pre-recorded courses to allow learners to progress at their own pace.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Develop high-quality learning materials, presentations, and supplementary content (e.g., blog posts, short video tutorials) to reinforce training objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and breakthroughs, sharing insights that keep our learners and community on the cutting edge.
Community Engagement: Moderate and nurture a thriving AI community, responding to user queries with detailed guidance, case studies, and examples.
Foster an environment of shared learning, encouraging members to test tools, exchange best practices, and apply AI in real-world scenarios.
Tailored Guidance for Professionals: Address the specific challenges and use cases of marketing, sales, HR, and related professionals, enabling them to seamlessly integrate AI into their work processes.
Requirements: AI Knowledge & Passion: Deep understanding of AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering and emerging tools.
Up-to-date on AI trends, actively exploring new use cases, and eager to experiment with cutting-edge technologies.
Language & Communication: Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and English is required to deliver effective training and communicate with our audience.
Clear, compelling communicator who can explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Relevant Experience: Background in business, sales, marketing, HR, or similar fields, with a proven track record of applying AI solutions to enhance outcomes.
Teaching & Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Comfort with public speaking, hosting webinars, and recording video courses.
Digital Literacy: Able to use various platforms and tools to record, edit, and distribute training content.

Location & Format: Primarily remote and +-1 day per week in person.
This role involves regular in-person training sessions in Spain to meet client needs effectively and foster direct engagement.
