About you You are an experienced leader with a strong technical background in AI, adept at managing and inspiring teams, and hands-on enough to tackle coding tasks yourself. You should possess a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by language and speech models (LLMs, MT, STT, TTS, etc.), and have a passion for leveraging their potential in comprehensive solutions. Your recent experience in developing and fine-tuning language models will be crucial. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to explore and extend the capabilities of AI technologies in practical applications.
