What you will do: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models with a focus on generative AI technologies to drive innovation in digital products. Work closely with product management to translate complex requirements into robust AI features that integrate seamlessly into our products and services. Engage in all development phases, from concept generation to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and deliver measurable value. Continuously update AI expertise, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members to promote best practices in AI development and deployment. What you bring & who you are: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing machine learning and generative AI models in a production environment. Strong programming skills in Python and with proven experience in integrating AI models and products into existing digital solutions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in developing new AI approaches and solutions. Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, especially in deploying AI solutions at scale. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working as part of a highly collaborative team. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
