We are seeking someone passionate about applying AI to concrete scenarios, making a significant impact by developing groundbreaking solutions for business and corporate activities.
You will work directly with the EXCOM, maximizing your influence within the organization.
Job Summary: As a key leader in Artificial Intelligence innovation, you will bring your technical expertise and project management experience to oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to execution.
You will be responsible for deploying LLM and SLM models for diverse applications, creating custom AI solutions, and advancing text and image analysis capabilities.
You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the adaptability of our technologies by generating ideas that can be transformed into actionable business and technical projects.
Key Responsibilities: AI Innovation and Development: Design and implement AI models, including LLMs and SLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), for applications in natural language processing, image analysis, and predictive modeling. Research Application: Translate image analysis and AI technologies into practical solutions that enhance Mantu's AI capabilities and meet client needs. Project Management: Oversee the AI project lifecycle by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-impact solutions. Partner Collaboration: Understand internal client needs and develop tailor-made AI solutions that deliver measurable and concrete results. AI Deployment Strategy: Supervise the deployment and integration of AI technologies, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of models in production. Continuous Optimization: Implement tools to monitor and improve model performance, supporting iterative development and ongoing scaling of AI solutions. Ideal Profile: Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with AI frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Deep knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM design, particularly for advanced image and text analysis applications. Expertise in Python, SQL, and APIs to create custom AI solutions integrated into external systems. Research and Development Mentality: Passion for applied research with a proactive approach to transforming cutting-edge AI research into scalable, impactful solutions. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, especially in generative AI, medical imaging, and automation domains. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for clients, stakeholders, and team members. Collaboration and openness, with proven experience working in cross-functional teams. Leadership qualities to drive AI projects while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
