Responsibilities: As a leader in the field of Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML), your mission will be to independently drive and develop technical initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Design, Development, and Deployment: Create and implement solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision models. Lead projects involving Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Data Management and Preparation: Define and identify learning variables. Generate new datasets and perform data transformations and cleaning. Develop and execute End-to-End Machine Learning processes. Training and Inference Processes: Conduct training processes using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Develop inference processes in On-premise or Cloud environments. Model Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and optimization of existing Machine Learning models. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead technical project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. Mentor Junior Data Scientists and Data Scientists in training to enhance their skills. Proposal Development: Participate in the creation of technical proposals at both national and international levels. Qualifications: Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field. A PhD is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation. Proven experience in leading and managing AI/ML projects from conception to deployment. Experience in a leadership role, driving strategic initiatives. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala. Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and potential team management abilities. Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation are a plus. We positively value all work or study experience abroad.
