We're looking for a task mastering multitasker, a strategic daredevil, a diplomatic stunt double fueled by great ideas. The title 'Account Manager' doesn't do it justice. If you're an experienced Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience in either advertising or production and fluent in English, we would love to hear from you.We're a Barcelona-based creative agency with clients in the UK and US. We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a lovely team to help us scale. We're looking for someone who enjoys flexibility within their role. As a small agency, we all tend to chip in, so we're looking for a bit of an all-rounder.Key Responsibilities:Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and ensure satisfaction.Provide strategic thinking and support with creative briefs.Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts.Help improve processes and optimize agency performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5 years of proven success in client management.Familiarity with sales performance metrics.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Lots of good energy and enthusiasm.Experience with producing social media content is a bonus!#J-18808-Ljbffr
