Key Responsibilities: Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and ensure satisfaction.
Provide strategic thinking and support with creative briefs.
Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts.
Help improve processes and optimize agency performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of proven success in client management.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Lots of good energy and enthusiasm.
Experience with producing social media content is a bonus!
