Proyectos Industriales - MADRID - CAMPO DE LAS NACIONES (ESP) - EspañaDescripción del puesto The Junior PM will be responsible for managing the construction of the projects specified by the Senior Project Manager to successfully deliver the projects from RTB stage through COD. With the support of the Senior Project Manager in charge, the Junior PM will coordinate with the resources assigned to the projects (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc.) to reach the highest standards and achieve the COD as planned.Monitor the EPC Contracts in terms of schedule, cost, and scope.Monitor the compliance with the EPC contract annexes to achieve milestone requirements.Coordination with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements.Face-to-face meetings may be required.Report periodically on the progress made.Lead weekly & monthly meetings with the EPC contractor, Owner's Engineer, HSE responsible, and other project stakeholders.Regular domestic trips.Objectives - Execute the objectives following Total Energies Renewables Ibérica global strategy.Ensure that the projects are delivered on time and on budget, in accordance with the approval of the appropriate committee.Follow the HSE TotalEnergies policies and ensure that all employees, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the construction activities follow them, maintaining the highest standards at all times.Contexto y medio ambiente The Junior PM will act according to TotalEnergies policies and compliance values.
