What are we looking for? An FP&A Manager based in Madrid who will carry out the following functions:
Elaborate and review the monthly consolidated analytical P&L.Analysis of deviations and monitoring the fulfillment of Group P&L objectives.Preparation of reports and presentations for management committees.Preparation and review of budgets and cash flow statements.Review and monitor increments and reallocation of the Budget during the year.Analysis and implementation of new accounting policies.Dealing with financial auditors.Provide support to local financial teams in month-end and year-end analytical closing processes and in the implementation of new procedures and reporting.Collaborate in the implementation of new management procedures.Financial modeling, but in the planning aspect.Combining financial models and creating the business plan for the company.What do we offer? Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in financial planning, financial analysis, accounting, or financial consulting.Knowledge in SAP CO and SAP PS.Proficiency in analyzing financial data, forecasting, evaluating company financial performance, quantitative skills, and ability to work with large volumes of data.Effective communication skills: Both verbal and written.Ability to provide financial analysis supporting strategic decision-making, understanding how financial aspects relate to overall business objectives.Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and efficient work organization.High level of English (professional).Good command of the Office package, especially Excel.
