This is an entry-level role based in our Barcelona offices.
You will work alongside the Project Management team to maintain engagement, recruit new profiles and respondents, and collect data for program projects.
This job requires strong time management skills as well as the ability to balance multiple projects at a time.Work with the project management team to demonstrate ownership of each assigned project and deliver projects according to set requirements: consistent quotas, minimum retention between waves, etc.Coordinate data collection for assigned projects - communicating with the targeted respondents and internal teams on routine fieldwork questions.Analyze the daily fielding information and proactively provide feedback and solutions to prevent any potential issues to complete the projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.Keep fieldwork progress and deliveries organized with written and phone reminders.Engage physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated.Essential Qualifications and Experience Required Fluent in English and German.Beneficial IT Skills Proficient usage of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies.'Role Specific' Technical Skills or Knowledge Required High level of personal initiative.Excellent organizational and time management skills with solid attention to details.Multitasking ability to work well under deadline pressure.Outgoing - confidence to speak with and cold call healthcare professionals.'Soft' or General Skills Required Quick problem solving.Proactive.Well-organized.Punctual.The Good Stuff: Compensation & Perks Dynamic and challenging international experience.Possibility to grow professionally.Friendly, supportive team.Central super cool offices.Quarterly compensation award based on the performance level
