You will report to the Global Technical Manager or a Global Technical Support Coordinator.Why Join Us?Supportive Environment: Training on all aspects of GTS&KM work and responsibilities, including product portfolio, will be provided to help you grow and succeed, building on the previous agronomic, product and industry experience of the selected candidates.Growth Opportunities: For dedicated and results-driven individuals, Rovensa Group presents many opportunities to grow your career.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors on our products.Training: Assist in conducting training sessions for internal Regional teams and external clients on product characteristics and use.Knowledge Management: Help document, and manage, product information in our Knowledge Management system.Content Creation: Collaborate with Global Marketing to create clear and concise product information.Timely Responses: Address technical and agronomic inquiries promptly. Work closely with various global departments to support product lifecycle implementation.Facility Visits: Assist in organising and accompanying client visits to our facilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
