The objective is to deliver service, product knowledge and training to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of our portfolio solutions in agronomic program, aiding local sales teams in achieving their objectives while supporting Global teams.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist Regional Teams, their sales reps, and downstream clients, in effectively using our products and solutions in agronomic programs.Conduct training sessions to highlight product benefits, and their incorporation into nutritional and crop protection agronomic programs, both internally and to clients.Ensure thorough documentation and content management in the Knowledge Management system, to expand the knowledge repository surrounding each product.Support content generation such as presentations by collaborating with Global Marketing, and other stakeholders, to create concise and relevant information that simplifies product explanations, clarifies product positioning, and also supports training efforts.Address product technical and agronomic crop inquiries promptly, and accurately, using inherent field knowledge, the internal knowledge management systems, or by contacting RN internal product reference experts.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at global level such as Strategic Marketing, Regulatory and R&D as well as with our regional teams, in support of sales.Contribute to implementing the global technical strategy under the guidance of the Global Technical Manager.THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.5+ years in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain (e.G., sales, agronomy, crop protection, or product management roles)
