Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for farmers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret satellite data, soil health metrics, and crop performance indicators to create precision farming plans.
Provide technical expertise on nutrient management, irrigation optimization, and pest control using Adian.ag's AI-driven platform.
Work with farmers to identify challenges and tailor sustainable agricultural practices to their specific needs and regions.
Train farmers and distributors on the platform's features and functionality, ensuring effective adoption and use.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine algorithms and ensure agronomic accuracy in insights.
Conduct field trials to validate recommendations and improve the platform's real-world application.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in precision agriculture and integrate new methodologies into existing workflows.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (Ingeniero Agrónomo / Técnico agrícola).
Knowledge of precision agriculture practices and tools, including satellite and sensor data utilization.
Familiarity with nutrient management strategies and sustainable farming practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
Strong communication and training abilities to engage with farmers and stakeholders effectively.
Passion for sustainability and advancing agriculture through technology.
