You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of a Digital Business Analyst and can expect to be involved in the following:Conducting in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.Identifying areas for improvement in business processes providing possible Digital solutions compliant with the Digital strategy.Supporting the Digital Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.Producing documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.Defining and developing the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.Monitoring external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.Serving as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position
