Serves as Embassy Madrid's primary payroll technician and main time and attendance keeper.
Manages and assists with a variety of human resources functions at post including Locally Employed (LE) Staff services as well as American (U.S.
Direct Hire and Eligible Family Member (EFM)) services.
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources section including but not limited to knowledge management, local leave and premium compensation program, duty officer program, training program, supplies, etc.
