JOIN THE TEAM
For our Product Family Manufacturing Integration and Management (GDD/B) we provide fit for purpose digital solutions to enhance BASF's Operational Excellence in Manufacturing and Filling by bridging production and business worlds and identifying levers for optimization. We provide tools for horizontal integration of business process and their execution as well as vertical integration in all areas of Manufacturing Operations Management. Therefore, we gather, reconciliate, exchange, contextualize and visualize on-time data from different source systems for all divisions in BASF.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Agility Master you will have experience working in an agile environment and have already worked to increase team efficiency, motivate your team, making the case for changes that ensure both quality and timeliness.
You will guide several teams inside the Product Family on how to use Agile practices and values to delight customers.
You will support the teams in being self-organized and manage their workload.
Is part of your role to foment knowledge sharing sessions to spread the knowledge across the teams.
You will directly remove impediments or guide our teams to remove them.
You are responsible to build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
You will facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
You will facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
You are responsible to provide support to the team regarding Azure DevOps topics (project configuration, work item adaptations and process changes)
You are responsible to assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
You will support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Is part of your role to support the management team of the Product Family to coordinate team performance workshops.
You will be responsible to support the management team in creating and following up improvement measures derived by internal employee voices survey.
You will be responsible to support the management team in coordinating product and product family meetings and events (PF dialog, Cross Squad meetings, Deep Dive events, Segment days, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience playing the Agility Master role for a team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory
Experience working with different agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.).
Experience using agile frameworks in an SAP environment.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Experience in the usage and configuration of Azure DevOps.
Good knowledge in facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Experience leading mature teams.
Working in an international environment is a must: English language by default
