Our Business Unit Data Solutions is generating efficiencies for our clients by using our manufacturer-compliant data-driven solutions & services that facilitate their repair and maintenance processes.
Join our team in our office in Tenerife or within your home office in Spain as Agile Master (m/f/d).
You'll optimize collaboration, remove impediments, and support team growth in a global, agile environment.
Within this role, you'll have regular contact with our developers in Vietnam.
Your Tasks: Optimize collaboration and identify areas of improvement within agile, global teams.
Enhance communication, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking across team members.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure a productive environment.
Support decision-making, talent growth, and team-building to achieve goals and foster team development.
Your Profile: Proven project and team management skills in a decentralized, international environment, ideally in software development, IT, and/or related processes and procedures.
Experienced in managing multi-cultural teams.
Experienced in agile methods and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, ideally certified in a recognized agile method.
Experience with collaborative tools like Microsoft DevOps and Office 365 including Teams, routine and experience in Miro.
Fluent in English - German is an advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally (roughly once a year to Asia).

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
