We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager/Owner to join our dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Manager and a Product Owner, ensuring effective delivery of products within cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in agile Product Owner or Digital Product Manager roles, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and product development.
Your RoleAs a Digital Product Manager/Owner, your main responsibilities will involve:
Take on the responsibilities of a Product Owner, including managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and defining product requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Agile practices within the organization.Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Work closely with our business units to identify customer needs and business opportunities and close the business opportunities to sold engagements.Oversee the product development process from conception to launch.Manage the product lifecycle, including the implementation of changes or enhancements.Define, monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features based on business needs and market trends.Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on product performance and strategic priorities and monitor the product budget performance.Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making activities related to digital products.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital product management.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Digital Product Manager/Owner, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile product management or product owner roles.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Knowledge of the latest trends in digital products and technology.Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and product development lifecycle.Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus.Experience in the Digital Payments Industry.Product management, agile product owner or scrum master certifications are highly desirable.Fluency in English is a must.Additional InformationAs well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus, we offer a benefits package which includes:
