We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our organization's agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting agile methodologies and best practices Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Coach product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on agile principles and techniques Identify and remove impediments to team productivity and efficiency Collaborate with leadership to align agile practices with organizational goals Requirements: Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master (3 years preferred) Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Fluency in English (written and spoken) LI-IZ1
