They are knowledgeable about standard Agile frameworks and confident in coaching teams to adapt practices to their specific needs while maintaining connection to organizational standards and expected outcomes.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Embedded, day-to-day coaching of Agile practices for a group of approximately five delivery teams. Facilitate key team ceremonies, and pursue team delivery efficiency, health and effectiveness.Intentionally develop Agile expertise in assigned teams and their leaders.
