You will make an impact by : Providing coaching notes and constructive feedback to both Scrum teams and their leaders. Ensuring effective communication of changes to leaders and stakeholders through the implementation of a change management strategy and process. Overseeing the training of newly formed Scrum teams and facilitating skill development during the initial phase and throughout the sustainment period. Leading Scrum Transformation Waves (up to three teams at a time), guiding teams through readiness to sustaining phases of the transformation. Coaching teams on agile ways of thinking and scrum methodology. Ensuring teams derive value from Scrum cadences and encouraging the adoption of effective working practices. Continuously refining training materials and strategies to support teams in achieving success. Serving as agile subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams. Serving as a backup coach in different regions when required. Performing other incidental duties as necessary to support the overall success of the transformation initiative. What you'll need : Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 years of hands-on experience managing projects of increasing complexity. Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through agile transformations, with a track record of coaching and training Scrum teams. Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite and related project management systems, coupled with excellent documentation and communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management abilities, to drive the achievement of objectives. Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to agile methodologies, change management, and software development. Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, along with experience in project budgeting and financial management. Effective leadership skills and the ability to influence change, including facilitating change and collaborating with management and executive stakeholders. Experience working within regulated environments, demonstrating strict attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
