Your main responsibilities will be:
Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) aligned with the strategic goals of the organization, focusing on delivering measurable business value.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring the teams are structured and focused on iterative progress (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
Coach teams in understanding and utilizing Agile principles to enhance team performance and accelerate their growth.
Support teams in identifying and mitigating risks, managing workload balance, and removing blockers to enable high performance.
Mediate prioritization conflicts and foster healthy team dynamics by creating an open, trust-filled environment.
Conduct workshops and training to enhance the Agile maturity of the teams and create learning opportunities.
Provide hands-on support during the team-building process, adapting coaching to the evolving needs of the teams as they scale.
Required Skills:
Agile Methodologies: 5+ years of experience with Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Proven experience in coaching teams through the Agile transition, including the facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
Skilled in using Agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Expertise in supporting teams in a hyper-growth environment, understanding the challenges and dynamics of scaling quickly.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
Certified Agile Coach or equivalent certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.
Fluency in English (at least B2).
Nice to have German.
Teaming and building relationships: ability to work with teams distributed geographically in different locations and to build a culture of trust.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good time management and prioritization of tasks.
Influencing: Empower, persuade, and influence others effectively.
Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.
Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn and develop oneself.
