The main objective is to establish and deliver, for all programs, on time and consistent solutions for the daily technical queries raised by customers regarding aircraft structure and system problems.You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Customer Care Engineer and can expect to be involved in the following:Providing support in a dynamic environment and in a timely manner to avoid any operational disruption for our customers.As a single entry point for all the technical queries, have a full visibility of the fleet status and of the complete incoming technical topics. The global view in our customer care team allows the newcomer to work in any system or sub-system and to participate in multi-ATA issues.Interacting with internal and external contacts; receiving customer questions and trying to resolve them.At the end of the two year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as a Customer Care Engineer!What we are looking for..
