Agente De Telemarketing Sector Tecnológico

**Propósito**:
Ventas internas especializadas en tecnología, conocimiento profundo de la cartera, el proceso y los precios de los proveedores, gestionará todas las cotizaciones y cierre de pedidos.
**Responsabilidades**:
Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

- Captación de nuevos clientes y nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de las ventas realizando seguimiento del cliente.
- Asumir el rol de "propietario" del negocio.
- Tratar con el cliente temas relacionados con precios, resolver dudas sobre producto y presupuestos.
- Mantener contacto contínuo con todas las partes de la organización interna así como el fabricante.
- Configurar ofertas especializadas.
- Realizar el seguimiento de ofertas y de renovaciones.
- Generar nuevas posibilidades de negocio con el cliente para aumentar el beneficio.
- Consecución de la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
**Conocimientos y Experiência**:

- Mínimo 1 año de experiência como comercial especializado en IT en productos como: Infraestructura, Networking, Hybrid, Administrador y Software
- Background como comercial puerta fría o llamadas salientes.
- Preferiblemente experiência en ventas en canal.
- Buenos conocimientos de Office.
